That big panel. I don't have to tell how hard it would have been without the 3D model, right?
I made separate models for the bunk beds and saved them as a single part to speed up work.
Does one of your characters look like this guy?
If so, he is from a Disney movie called Pinocchio...
But I am not sure why he said that either...
Nope, that's why I don't understand the comment. I'm italian, I know Pinocchio, and can't see the connection XD
Sorry. The interior reminded me of the interior of the whale Monstro in Disney's Pinocchio.
Ah, that's why! I haven't seen that movie since... Uh... At least 40 years ago if not more, I think it's that old. Couldn't really remember details. ^^
This is great. What program do you make your 3D models in?
A very old and outdated one, but amazingly easy to use. It doesn't allow you to build actual parts, only to assemble/stretch/rotate them, but with a big enough parts library and some creativity you can do a lot. It's called DOGA, I downloaded it many years ago from a Japanese site that's not active anymore.
I'm sure there are modern free programs that allow you to do the same, but I don't have time to learn a whole different work method so I keep my ancient stuff.
Anyway, I only build basic shapes and add details while drawing.
Well, I also managed to import a piano model in it, and that will save me an awful lot of time. ^^;
would it be legal for you to send me a copy of doga?
That program would come in handy for me...
Might be! I didn't know they made a newer version, I just noticed the previous site stopped working. Good news.
...No wonder it's so simple to use, it was developed for children.
Very nice render! It reminds me of some of the interiors from the Mass Effect series of games, which is my all-time favorite sci-fi RPG.
So why is Julian crying?
Two main reasons. First, he really believed he was going to die in the dream. Second, his subconscious is trying to tell him some things he hasn't realized yet. ^^
(Third: he's having some issues with Earth's gravity. But this will be addressed later)
D'aaaw, poor Julian ;___; also, that interior looks amazing :O and I agree, 3D models are a life saver!
uh wadda heck those beds are wasting space by being parallel instead of perpendicular smh what kinda boot camp is this
